Always writing that queer stuff.
I graduated from the Boston Conservatory in 2012, and moved immediately to New York. I refer to myself as a "recovering actor" because I write plays featuring characters I would have loved to play if I'd seen them anywhere.
I write plays about queer characters in historical settings who live complex, unexpected lives and don't die at the end.
I'm very fond of saying that we have always existed even if our stories have not always been told, and we have done so much more than die in horrible, tragic ways.
